Partial Lease is $375 a month for weekends or 3 weekdays.
Full Monthly lease is $600.
Yearly riding and breeding lease for a foal that is yours to keep after it is weaned is $1000 a month. This requires a 6 month deposit up front before a breeding will happen. This does not cover the stallion's stud fee or any vet fees incurred in getting the mare pregnant.
Lease includes pasture board, farrier, routine vet health shots, coggins, worming. Horse must be kept boarded here.
We do have a rule that if an injury or illness happens while the horse is under your care that you are responsible for the vet costs. This prevents people from treating our horses like a rental car that they feel they can run to the ground and provides motivation to watch the health and safety of the horse.

(Faheem Al Maas x RB Serr Lela)
Homozygous Black Arabian Mare
Green broke under saddle. Requires an experienced rider.
I have ridden Laila out on the trails over the past year. She can be balky or lazy at going forward or through water crossings. She does best with a confident experienced rider that knows how to ride this personality of horse and work the horse through the trail obstacles.
15.1H - The ideal size rider will be under 5'10" and under 190lbs.
Must either have a saddle that fits you and the horse or must be able to ride a Western saddle in a 15-15.5"seat.
Although we do not give riding lessons, we can help you on a limited scheduled basis for no fee, to give you pointers on what works for a particular horse and what you might be doing incorrectly. This is meant to be short help sessions and is not intended to for people that really need to take full-time riding lessons.
We have a friend that is a profesional English Riding Instructor for Dressage. He can give you formal riding lessons on your lease horse for a per lesson fee. We only have a couple of mares that have formal Dressage training, so those lease mares would only be available on a per riding basis Monday -Thursdays only. Otherwise, most any horse can do the basics of dressage.
Please note: inorder to be sure of a good fit between rider and lease horse, we do require that anyone interested in leasing a riding horse show in our indoor arena that at a minimum that you are capable of tacking up a horse, mounting safely and are able o ride the horse at a walk, trot, and halt. When people with poor riding skills lease our horses, we have found that they tend to ruin our horse's good training by giving conflicting cues, hardening of the mouth by harsh unrelenting hands that bang the bit on their mouth with every step they take as the rider bounces around in the saddle like a sack of potatoes with the reins flopping around and hitting the sides of the horse's neck. Yes, some of our horse's neck rein ( keying off leg and weight cues primarily), but with a bad rider whose reins are hitting them on the side of the neck as they bounce around, the horse has no clue which time the rein hits their neck is meant to convey a riding cue or which unbalanced leg contact or weight shift is supposed to be a signal or not. If you ever see a rider whose horse has got their head stuck up in the air at some weird angle, you can bet the rider is giving horrid bit contact and conflicting cues. Therefore, we ask that all riders use a basic one rein in each hand ,direct rein cue system when riding our horses and release the bit pressure when the horse has performed the cue requested. You should know what a Half Halt is. There is no such thing as a totally bombproof horse on the trail, so we do ask that you know how to do one-rein stop or circle horse.
We sometimes offer riding time inexchange for regular barn help to the right individual. We have found it works out best if you pay for the month of lease inadvance and than if the agreed upon work is done the lease amount is credited back. This is an all or nothing arrangement there is no partial credit.
We sometimes have green broke horses that need more riding time from a quiet experienced rider. These are available for no fee to the right individual. You will need to have references and proof that you qualify as a professional trainer. You should know what a Half Halt is and have some Clinton Anderson or Parelli training knowledge. You will still need to supply your own grooming and personal riding supplies.
Due to liability reasons we will not lease a horse for the use of children/minors!
