Storm is one of my personal favorite trail riding horse as she loves speed on the trails covering ground with her big trot, without tiring and want to continue for miles . She is aggressive on the trails and is always wanting to be in the far lead. Storm has proved she has the ancient Arabian disposition of standing by her fallen rider in a scary stituation. I have fallen off of her while out on the trails and she has come running back to find me, preferring to be by my side rather than trying to run back to the barn.
Storm has an extremely beautiful head with tiny tipped ears and a jibbah. Her neck is arched and has a very well defined fine throatlatch. She has an exceptionally short back and coupling with very strong hindquarters. Due to her very short back, long legs and high withers, she appears shorter in height than other horses that are of the same height but with larger and longer bodies. Storm is TC Annatasia's first foal and it is our experience that first foals are usually smaller than the siblings that come afterward as the maiden mare's uterus is not as nourishing and with the same capacity of a mare that has had a couple of foals. Storm's siblings are about 2-4 inches taller than she is, but she still carries the genes for producing taller horses of her dam's height.
Storm carries herself with the pride and tail set of the Arabian horse. She is a beautiful example of a high percentage Pinto Arabian and exemplifies the beauty, disposition , athletic ability and heart we strive to breed for.
