Very tall and beautiful Black Arabian stallion whose pedigree combines Polish athletic ability with the beauty of the Egyptian Arabian. Natural English action with a natural Arabian tail carriage. Legacy was professionally trained under saddle in Hunter Pleasure. In his first show, first class he took the Blue at the 2002 ShootOut in Hunter Pleasure Junior Horse. Since than he has been ridden on the trails using only a Parelli halter and has enjoyed riding the ranch in Country Pleasure. Legacy is a very intelligent and athletic horse who has been ridden in a variety of disciplines and never popped a splint or had a lame day. He is a high spirited intelligent horse typical of the heavy Nazeer breeding through his straight Egyptian sire, The Atticus, and really enjoys getting out and spending hours running around. With his size, beauty and athletic ablity we are looking forward to his contribution to our Pinto Arabian and Pintabian breeding program.

Shipped Semen Availability- Dr. Bitter of Argyle Vet can be scheduled to come out and collect/prep and ship. We have 2 options for collections: IF we have a mare in season, the vet can collect off of that mare otherwise we have a mare that can be tranquilized at your cost that can be used to collect off of. You are responsible for all AI fees associated with the AI collection/prep and shipment directly to the vet. We are not a bank, so we will not be responsible for any AI associated fees or collection of such fees. You pay the vet directly and you must coordinate this with Argyle Vet. Dr. Bitter estimates it would be about $300 to travel here and collect/prep + whatever actual cost is for Fed Ex is to ship overnight. If you want the semen evaluated it is about $150 extra per collection. We have never done AI for Legacy prior to this year. Do not wait until the month you want the shipment to book a breeding because some registry paper work for shipment certificates can take a month to process as well as it will be very important for your vet to coordinate with Dr. Bitter of Argyle Vet to ensure the timing is correct for requesting a shipment.

2012 Breeding Contract
Please note: to reduce the facility fee per collection, you have the option to do all of the communication; provide whatever the vet collecting the stallion needs such as a Semen Transportation container; make sure the vet collecting has enough people to handle the stallion and does not require us to do anything beyond providing access to the stallion and a jump mare.
